Omolola Grace Akinlade, ACIPM, HRPL, has managed and supported large, complex, organizations with comprehensively dispersed employees and staff. At the beginning of her career stint, she had the privilege to start as a subordinate Human Resources and Administrative Executive, a reminiscence of the path of diverse learning curves that paved way to her current career progression.
She is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM), and obtained a Master in Industrial and Personnel Relations (MIPR) from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. She had some years of cognate experience in a number of Corporate Sectors such as; Maritime, Hospitality, Advertising, Construction, and now Automobile Industry. As a Human Resources Professional at Executive Management level with over 12 years of responsible and progressive experience, she has garnered cutting edge proficient capacity that meets current demands and challenges within the Human Capital Development; Talent Acquisition and Retention; Employee Relations; Strategic Training and Performance Management.
She is currently the Head, Human Resources and Administration at Nigerian Sinotrucks Limited, Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, she is responsible for providing support, initiatives, strategic decision making and leadership around the entire Human Resources and Administrative transformation works for employees within and outside her firm’s bases. As a hallmark of continuous learning for capacity building, she has attended several professional courses that epitomize a calculated positioning and poise for maintaining continuous appetite for keeping up with professional relevance, quality and excellence within the People Management space.
